Congregation Beth Sholom is a diverse and dynamic Rabbi-led congregation that is warm and welcoming.

Our Synagogue serves the needs of the Reform and Conservative Jewish population in central Lake County and the surrounding areas.

We welcome Shabbat with a blend of both modern and traditional customs, allowing all Jews to feel comfortable in our Temple and at our Services.

  • Rabbi Karen Allen will lead a guided discussion about the current Torah portions and the impact they have on our lives today. The community is invited to join this enlightening exchange at 3 pm on Thursday, April 23rd, at the Sumter County Administration Building , 7375 Powell Rd. near Pinellas Plaza and 466A in Wildwood. (Look for the building with the gold dome).  This forum is a unique opportunity to talk with the rabbi about things that are important to you in an intimate and informal setting. The location is convenient to the Villages and to Leesburg as it is just north of Brownwood. NOTE: This month we start at 3PM.

  • Join us on Saturday, April 25th at 10:00 a.m. when Rabbi Allen leads our Shabbat Morning service. A light Kiddush will follow the service.
