Shabbat Service and Second Bar Mitzvah

Join us as Rabbi Allen leads our Shabbat Morning Service. Share the simcha as Herb Siegel and his twin brother Marty celebrate their 83rd birthday. In Psalm 90, verse 10, David says "The length of our days is 70 years". As this is considered a normal lifespan, it has become a custom to celebrate a second Bar or Bat Mitzvah at our second 13th birthday.

The Kiddush is sponsored by Herb and his daughter Sandra Byrne in celebration of the occasion.
